Meditation activities seem very intimidating at first, I know from personal experience, I convinced myself that I’ll never be able to accomplish sitting or lying down and forgetting the world around me and just focus on me and the present moment. You know there’s a lot of more important things I can do than sit in La-la Land. But once I realized how important my well-being is to me and the people around me, and that self-care really is not selfish, I continued with my self-care journey and Meditation and Visualization has become a part of my daily routine. I can’t imagine a time where I wanted nothing to do with it.
